Homegrown Educational Services is a team made of experienced educators and occupational therapists.
Our educational services include:
one-on-one instruction in the convenience of your own home using your current homeschool curriculum, incorporating remediation and enrichment as needed
end-of-year homeschool review and paperwork sign-off
phone consultations 1x a month to discuss strengths, needs, and next steps for your child
Our occupational therapy services include:
comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations through assessment of sensory processing, primitive reflex, motor skills, visual tracking, feeding, sleep, and daily occupations
one-on-one therapy sessions in the convenience of your own home using a personalized intervention using rhythmic movement, reflex integration exercises, sensory strategies, manual therapy, and play-based activities to improve regulation, focus, motor coordination, feeding, sleep, and behavioral skills
small group sensory processing & regulation sessions that incorporate fun, engaging group activities focused on sensory integration, rhythmic play, social engagement, emotional regulation, and motor skills for development while building confidence through peer interaction (Located in Wesley Chapel, FL; recommended ages 7+)
Currently serving instructional support for K-6 in Wesley Chapel and surrounding areas.
About the Owner
Julie Sorrentino has over ten years of classroom teaching experience and has dedicated her career to making sure each child receives the love and support needed to thrive both academically and emotionally.
Julie is also a mom of two beautiful children.
